"Initially, we wanted to save time for our customer services department because they were sending a lot of emails to customers when due dates for items on back order changed; ultimately sending the same email to multiple people. All that data is in the system, so we wanted to automate that process," explained Lorcan Worsley, IT, Systems & Processes, Tudor Environmental. Having installed BPA Platform to automate customer service emails, Tudor Environmental then purchased Codeless Platforms' Salesforce connector and, three months later, acquired the Magento connector. This helped the business establish bi-directional data sync between Intact iQ and Salesforce, as well as Magento. All that data is being processed on an hourly basis through to the website," explained Lorcan Worsley. It's certainly a time saver and it just makes sense. The fact that it is visual in the way it handles tasks certainly helps get your head around it quicker," said Lorcan Worsley. "Automating our processes has definitely improved our operations. Automating the emails from customer service is probably the biggest ROI we have gained from deploying BPA Platform. They were sending out the same emails multiple times a day and was taking up a lot of their time. Automating that process has saved them about two to three hours each day, five days a week.
