Tudor Environmental Improves Operational Efficiency via Salesforce, Magento & Intact iQ Integration

Landscaping supply shop improves data consistency and saves 10 hours per week on an average wage following the deployment of BPA Platform
 
POOLE, U.K. - Oct. 14, 2025 - PRLog -- Codeless Platforms today revealed that Tudor Environmental, a provider of quality products tailored to the professional grounds maintenance industry, has improved operational efficiency and data consistency between its systems having deployed BPA Platform to automate customer service emails, as well as integrate Intact iQ with Magento and Salesforce.

"Initially, we wanted to save time for our customer services department because they were sending a lot of emails to customers when due dates for items on back order changed; ultimately sending the same email to multiple people. All that data is in the system, so we wanted to automate that process," explained Lorcan Worsley, IT, Systems & Processes, Tudor Environmental.

Having installed BPA Platform to automate customer service emails, Tudor Environmental then purchased Codeless Platforms' Salesforce connector and, three months later, acquired the Magento connector. This helped the business establish bi-directional data sync between Intact iQ and Salesforce, as well as Magento.

"BPA Platform is now automating product and pricing data from Intact iQ to Magento - the product codes, product descriptions, product prices, the short and long descriptions, as well as stock. All that data is being processed on an hourly basis through to the website," explained Lorcan Worsley.

"In regard to our CRM integration, if a contact gets created in Salesforce, BPA Platform will push that into Intact iQ (https://www.codelessplatforms.com/connectors/intact-iq-in...). BPA Platform also checks Intact iQ every five minutes to see which ones have been recently created and sends the Intact ID back to Salesforce so the link could continue going forward."

Following the deployment, Tudor Environmental quickly realised a good ROI by reducing the amount of time the customer service team spent sending emails. The integration projects that quickly followed also helped the business improve data consistency between systems.

"I'd definitely recommend BPA Platform, especially for what you get for the price. It's certainly a time saver and it just makes sense. The fact that it is visual in the way it handles tasks certainly helps get your head around it quicker," said Lorcan Worsley.

"Automating our processes has definitely improved our operations. Automating the emails from customer service is probably the biggest ROI we have gained from deploying BPA Platform. They were sending out the same emails multiple times a day and was taking up a lot of their time. Automating that process has saved them about two to three hours each day, five days a week. So that's saving at least 10 hours a week on an average wage, so we have seen massive time saving there."
