ASR Media Wins a 2025 Mid-Atlantic Emmy® AwardThe Lehigh Valley-based production company received the 'Community Service' award.
By: ASR Media "Winning an Emmy is an incredible honor, but the real reward is knowing that we're creating content that matters, resonates with people and makes a positive impact," said ASR Media's Founder, Ashley Russo. "I'm deeply grateful to our talented team at ASR Media and to the clients who trust us with their stories that deserve this honor as much as we do." The Community Service award recognizes excellence in programming, whether news or non-news, involving the entire company in a continuing effort to focus interest on and marshal support for a worthy community cause or causes. During this eligibility year alone, ASR Media provided over $100,000 in-kind and discounted media services to more than 25 nonprofit organizations. These services ranged from promotional videos and social media content to strategic storytelling pieces for major fundraising events, galas and luncheons. The content created was used to educate, motivate and mobilize audiences, and over $28 million was raised to support healthcare, youth development, housing, education and more. Additionally, ASR Media partnered with organizations including United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley, St. Luke's University Health Network, Good Shepherd Rehabilitation and the Pediatric Cancer Foundation of the Lehigh Valley. Team members of the company actively serve on nonprofit boards and committees, including the American Heart Association, Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania, Cancer Support Community, Wildlands Conservancy, River Crossing YMCA and the Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley. "This win is a proud moment for our entire team," said ASR Media President Katie Santana. "It's an honor to be recognized by our peers, and this achievement is a reflection of the talent, hard work and collaboration that fuels our company every day." ASR Media has been nominated for 31 Mid-Atlantic Emmy® awards and awarded 9 statues in 2013, 2015, 2017, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. The production company strives to capture impactful community stories by creating team, overview, testimonial, and branded content and skillfully sharing insights and successes around unique products and services. In addition to its corporate and commercial work, ASR Media co-produces St. Luke's HealthNow with St. Luke's University Health Network, which airs as part of St. Luke's Monday night line-up on WFMZ-Channel 69. The Mid-Atlantic Chapter serves the television community in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware regions. Peer panels in other major television markets judge entries.
