Better Together, Bow Down Church to host community job fair Oct. 15 in West Palm Beach

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Sept. 23, 2025 - PRLog -- Better Together, a nonprofit dedicated to families and children, is partnering with Bow Down Church to host a community job fair for West Palm Beach residents on Wednesday, Oct. 15 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Registration is now open for job seekers and employers to participate in the October event. With a spirit of hope and celebration, the church-based job fairs empower job seekers by connecting them with local employers who are ready to hire, while offering supportive services that foster meaningful connections and increase opportunities for lasting employment. Free one-on-one job coaching sessions are available to job seekers to review resumes, and additional services will be available onsite.

The Oct. 15 job fair will take place at Bow Down Church, located at 2823 N. Australian Ave. in West Palm Beach. Job seekers and employers can register at BetterTogetherUS.org/BowDown or by texting "JOBS" to 844-987-3949.

With job openings available across various industry sectors, participating employers include ChildCare Careers, Pollo Tropical, PrideStaff, Publix, Regal Paint Centers Florida, The School District of Palm Beach County – Operations Division and Waters Car Wash.

Local resource partners will join Better Together in offering various onsite services, including Treasure Coast Barbers United.

The community job fairs are part of Better Together's "Better Jobs" program, which has helped more than 45,600 applicants connect with employment opportunities across 24 states. So far this year, more than 2,600 interviews or initial jobs have been offered.

Better Together is a nonprofit organization that helps parents going through a hard time keep their kids out of foster care, find work and address the root causes of their struggle so that they can reunite as a family with the tools and support system to thrive.
