Hollywood Veterans and Rising Stars Join Forces on "HOA" A Vertical Sitcom Designed for Social Media

LOS ANGELES - Sept. 16, 2025 - PRLog -- Stage Left Creative and Zemma Productions are proud to announce the premiere of "HOA," a new, scrollable sitcom created for the mobile-first generation. The series is set entirely in a luxury highrise in Los Angeles, where a cast of characters engage in a struggle over the building's homeowners' association. The show is rolling out this September with new episodes premiering every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

"HOA" stars Beth Triffon (The Goldbergs) as "Beth Pimentel", a new resident who arrives and quickly finds herself at the center of the conflict. Beth's attempts to navigate the chaotic politics of the building are constantly thwarted by a hilarious cast of neighbors.

The series boasts an impressive ensemble cast of comedy veterans and social media stars, including the legendary Stephen Tobolowsky (Groundhog Day, Silicon Valley) and Christopher Callen, (Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas). They are joined by a talented roster of actors and creators: Reggie De Leon, Brittany Carel, Annie Korzen, Johnny Ramey, Jeremy Guskin, Cathy Worthington, Raji Ayac, and Sheila Cutchlow. The show also features the popular social media personality Ross Pomerantz, known to millions as Corporate Bro.

The production of "HOA" pushes the boundaries of digital content creation. The show was shot almost entirely on a green screen, with immersive, computer-generated backdrops composited in post-production to create a unique and visually dynamic world. The ten-episode season, with each episode ranging from one to three minutes in length, is designed for rapid-fire viewing, perfectly suited for the short-form video feeds of social media.
