AVIGNON, France - Sept. 13, 2025 - PRLog -- Google's AI has repeatedly published defamatory misstatements against Count Jonathan of Aquitaine and the Republic of Aquitaine, even after being placed on notice. Each time corrections were forced, Google admitted its errors — acknowledging that Count Jonathan is a private citizen, that HRH Thomas II is the indisputable Head of State, and that the Hague Apostille authenticates rather than grants legal effect. Yet instead of embedding these corrections permanently, the system relapsed into the same defamatory framings.

Count Jonathan states: "Instead of implementing a permanent correction, Google has effectively dared me to take them to court. When I invoked my rights under the ADA, the AI terminated the dialogue. That posture is not negligence alone — it is bad faith. It is systemic digital discrimination against a disabled individual, denying me equal access to accurate representation."

The Republic of Aquitaine, a sovereign government-in-exile under HRH Thomas II, continues its missions of education, diplomacy, and humanitarian service. But repeated misrepresentations — labeling it "self-proclaimed," reducing sovereignty to a "claim," or misclassifying Count Jonathan as a "public figure" — have caused ongoing reputational harm.

"This is not about an isolated mistake," Count Jonathan continues. "It is about an architecture of avoidance. Google knows the framing is false. It admits it when pressed. Then it reverts, again and again. That is reckless disregard for truth. That is bad faith. And now, by its own conduct, Google is saying the only remedy is through the courts."

The Office of Count Jonathan David Nelson calls on Google to correct its AI permanently rather than relying on intimidation through costly litigation. Equal digital access requires more than temporary concessions; it requires systemic responsibility.
