NSBT Sets a Benchmark for Quality Education in Tier-II India

NSBT proudly presents TEJAS, its flagship storytelling series on YouTube. TEJAS captures the inspiring journeys of local entrepreneurs—ordinary individuals with extraordinary stories of resilience, innovation, and enterprise. The series seeks to inspire the region's youth, create relatable role models, and instill pride in the enterprising spirit of Sambhajinagar. After a successful first season hosted by Radhika and Rohit Dashrathi, the next chapter will be helmed by Prof. Neepa Mehta, Professor of Practice (Leadership) at NSBT.

Industry Integration – Built by Industry, for Industry

At NSBT, industry is not an add-on; it is the foundation. The institute is run by industry leaders, supported by faculty with deep corporate experience, and offers an industry-focused curriculum and pedagogy. Students benefit from structured industry visits, continuous professional interactions, and a bountiful pipeline of internships that ensure they graduate ready for real-world challenges. This seamless integration with industry sets NSBT apart as a true practice-driven institution.

AI Lab in Partnership with Findability Sciences

To prepare students for the AI-driven economy, NSBT is establishing an AI Lab in partnership with Findability Sciences. The lab will provide hands-on exposure to artificial intelligence, enterprise applications, and data-driven problem-solving—bridging the gap between academic learning and industry practice.

Sustainability – From Classroom to Community

NSBT is equally committed to embedding sustainability in its DNA. Through the Padcare initiative, the institute has pioneered the recycling of sanitary pads at scale — a unique intervention linking social impact and ecological responsibility. As a signatory to the UN's Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME), NSBT ensures sustainability is not peripheral but core to its pedagogy, with dedicated courses such as ESG forming part of the curriculum.

Japan Immersion Program – Learning from Resilience and Revitalisation

In January 2025, NSBT launched its Japan Immersion Program (JIP) in partnership with Futaba Area Tourism Research Association (F-ATRAs). Five students and a faculty member spent three weeks in Japan, learning about resilience, community rebuilding, and revitalisation efforts in Fukushima and the Tohoku region after the 2011 triple disaster. Building on this success, the 2026 program will expand to 10 students, reaffirming NSBT's commitment to nurturing globally aware and socially responsible leaders.
