Bastion Commonwealth Investment Bank and Global Partners Form 50:50 Joint Venture

LONDON - Aug. 25, 2025 - PRLog -- Bastion Commonwealth Investment Bank (BCIB), Singpoli Investment Bank, and Europe-Asia Investment Bank have jointly announced the formation of a strategic 50:50 joint venture. The collaboration is designed to expand sovereign finance solutions, structured investment products, and institutional banking services across Asia and Europe.

The joint venture features a dual-track structure to accommodate both non-incorporated and incorporated formats. Should the venture be incorporated, equity will be divided equally between BCIB (50%) and collectively Singpoli, and Europe-Asia Investment Bank (50%). Internal allocation within the latter group will be determined by mutual agreement.

All partners will retain equal governance rights. For each transaction, a Lead Bank will be appointed on a per-deal basis, responsible for issuance of instruments under its regulatory license. This model ensures regulatory compliance and balanced participation from all institutions.
