ShutterLux Opens Canada's Largest Independent Window Coverings Showroom in Markham

MARKHAM, Ontario - Aug. 21, 2025 - PRLog -- ShutterLux, one of Canada's fastest-growing brands in high-end window coverings, officially unveiled its new flagship showroom in Markham, marking a major milestone for the industry. At 8,000 square feet, the new location is not only ShutterLux's seventh store in Ontario, but also the largest independent window coverings showroom in Canada.

Grand Opening Celebration

The grand opening drew an impressive crowd of community leaders, dignitaries, and customers. Notable guests included Federal Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Tim Hodgson, Federal MP Michael Ma, Ontario MPP Logan Kanapathi, and Markham City Councillors Isa Lee and Ritch Lau. Representatives from Markham Regional Councillor Joe Li and Councillor Amanda Yeung Collucci were also in attendance.

ShutterLux Founder & CEO Jet Li led the ribbon-cutting ceremony, followed by live entertainment, exclusive promotions, and the launch of a $10,000 Window Makeover Contest. Open to Ontario residents until September 15, 2025, the contest offers one lucky winner a complete window transformation.
