CHAMPAIGN, Ill. - Aug. 21, 2025 - PRLog -- ST. CHARLES, MO — Advanced Renewable Concepts, LLC (ARC) has launched Solar – On The House™, a first-of-its-kind tax equity model that delivers free solar installations to Illinois homeowners while providing strong returns to investors.

Through the program, qualified property owners receive a zero-cost Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) — no upfront costs, no monthly payments for electricity. Investors gain immediate federal tax benefits through the Investment Tax Credit (ITC) and bonus depreciation, plus revenue from Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) and rebates.
