Can't send or receive emails on BigPond account

BRISBANE, Australia - June 20, 2025 - PRLog -- Have you encountered Bigpond email send or receive problem in client mail apps like Mac mail, outlook, thunderbird and any mobile phone email app. For this first of you can do Test mail to check emails status.

Try Test Mail in Bigpond

• Open Mail App
• Create or compose new mail
• Enter your own Bigpond email address
• Subject type Test
• Content Type Test Mail
• Click Send Mail

If your client server mail shows error sending receive email than check your mail setting and other options lets me give you an example.

• Week Internet: Slow internet is also the reason sometime outlook failed to communicate with Bigpond mail server for contact Your Internet Service provider.
• VPN: If you are using VPN than must turn of the VPN because it creates barrier between Mail app and Bigpond
• Outage Issue: If the bad weather is going than you can experience outage problem that can cause email stop working
• Password Update: If you changed your Bigpond Password and didn't update in mail apps than please update due to this Bigpond email will stop coming
