Gorq AI Platforms Faces Major Data Loss; Vows to Rebuild Stronger

KANPUR, India - June 17, 2025 - PRLog -- Gorq AI Platforms, a nonprofit initiative dedicated to democratizing Artificial Intelligence, today announced a significant operational setback due to a catastrophic technical failure originating with its cloud and compute partner, Meegie.net (Meegie Cloud). The incident, which first occurred on May 4, 2025, has resulted in the irrecoverable loss of critical data, including foundational AI models, extensive research materials, and other operational assets.

Despite intensive recovery efforts undertaken by both Gorq AI Platforms and Meegie.net over several weeks, the data could not be restored. Gorq AI Platforms officially ceased recovery attempts for the lost data on June 17, 2025.
