Product Overview

MEL-EPC™ is a structural composite developed by SINOYQX, composed of open-cell melamine foam (https://www.sinoyqx.com/products/melamine-foam/) as the core and impregnated epoxy resin. Once cured, the resin significantly enhances the material's structural integrity while maintaining excellent insulation, flame retardancy, and dimensional stability. This makes it ideal for engineering scenarios requiring integrated strength, fire resistance, and thermal insulation.

For extreme temperature requirements (e.g., −180°C or +200°C), SINOYQX offers custom high-performance epoxy systems enabling:
