The farewell ceremony was held at Trans ACNR's advanced Shahjahanpur R&D Centre, followed by a formal luncheon at Days Hotel, Shahjahanpur. The event honoured the achievements of the trainees who completed a meticulously designed curriculum that integrated technical expertise with essential soft skills, including teamwork, communication, and time management. Speaking on the occasion, Mr Shatrughan Kumar, Managing Director of Trans ACNR Solutions Private Limited, emphasised the importance of industry-relevant training in preparing young technicians to address the evolving demands of the transport HVAC and refrigeration service sector. The graduates will now transition into a six-month intensive field training programme, during which they will be stationed across Trans ACNR's manufacturing and service locations nationwide. The objective is to enable these professionals to deliver effective, on-ground support to OEM clients and transport operators across India. "We congratulate all the graduates and wish them the very best for their professional journey ahead," said the Managing Director. "We are confident that they will become skilled ambassadors of Trans ACNR's commitment to customer service, technical excellence, and innovation." Trans ACNR also extended its gratitude to the management, faculty, and technical leadership teams who played a pivotal role in mentoring and supporting the trainees throughout their academic journey. This initiative forms part of Trans ACNR's long-standing commitment to developing a future-ready, skilled workforce aligned with the needs of India's transport cooling sector, and to strengthening its pan-India after-sales service network.
