Dallas Mother Launches Fundraiser to Secure Therapy and Stability for Child with Special Needs

DEER PARK, Texas - June 4, 2025 - PRLog -- Melanie's child requires continuous therapeutic support that is essential to their developmental progress. However, these services often fall outside of what insurance can cover, placing a significant financial strain on the family. Compounded by the need for reliable transportation and housing stability, Melanie is now seeking support from the broader community.
"This journey has been filled with both love and difficulty," said Melanie. "While I remain committed to doing everything in my power, I am facing circumstances that no parent can manage alone."
Funds raised through the campaign will go toward:
Covering past-due rent to avoid potential housing displacement
Acquiring a dependable vehicle for safe travel to medical and therapy appointments
Supplementing therapy costs that are not covered by insurance
