APPLICATION：
This tool is ideal for the removal of dirt which may be leftover the inside walls of casing,
such as solid cement, hard wax, various salt crystals or deposits, perforation burrs, iron
oxide residues result from rusting to make all downhole tools pass through unblocked.
Especially, when a small circular clearance is available between the downhole tools and
casing inside diameter, the complete scrapping becomes more necessary before further
working. At present in the large petroleum well, scrapping in the internal wall of casing
by use of casing scraper is a necessary step.

STRUCTURE：
The spring casing scraper (hereinafter called as scraper) is mainly consisting of body,
blade, fixing block, block and so on, as showed in the figure below.

Non-rotating Casing Scraper
The non-rotating casing scraper is one of the indispensable auxiliary tools for well completion, testing and downhole operations. Its main purpose is to remove cement, sand, scratches, paraffin, burrs and other attachments on th e inner wall of the downhole casing, protect the cleanness of the inner wall of the casing, and facilitate the normal operation of all drilling tools.

Each set of products is composed of four rows of cutter plates, which can realize 360 deg ree all-round non-dead angle scraping. The cutter plate does not rotate with the drill string, and only moves up and down relative to the inner wall of the casing, without rotating movement, so the casing will not be damaged.
