Southwest Community Health Center Inc. to Host Open House May 14 in Bridgeport

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. - May 6, 2025 - PRLog -- Southwest Community Health Center is opening its doors to the public for a dynamic Open House event on Wednesday, May 14, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM, at its flagship location: 46 Albion Street, Bridgeport, CT 06605. This free event invites community members, local leaders, donors, and partners to learn more about the mission-driven work of one of the region's leading federally qualified health centers.

The Open House will feature a light reception, guided tours of the facility, a meet-and-greet with leadership, and a closer look at Southwest's vision for community-centered care. Attendees will also have the opportunity to explore ways to get involved, and celebrate key partners who have contributed to the center's growth and ongoing success.

For almost 50 years, Southwest Community Health Center has been a trusted provider of compassionate, comprehensive, and culturally responsive care. With a focus on community and access, Southwest offers a wide range of primary and preventive health services—medical, dental, behavioral health, and specialty care.
