Dr. Rance has previously led medical affairs at a U.S. biotech company focused on anaphylaxis, as well as the North American medical affairs operations at a global allergy pharmaceutical company. In these leadership positions, she developed medical strategies, collaborated with key opinion leaders and experts, communicated medical and scientific information, and promoted cross-functional collaborations between commercial teams.
