DeLauro's actions highlight a pattern of betrayal: rather than fighting for policies that would strengthen American manufacturing and aerospace independence, she has consistently aligned herself with special interests, corporate donors, and foreign-influenced agendas.

THE MEP MONEY-LAUNDERING SCHEME: DELAURO'S ROLE IN ONE OF THE BIGGEST SCAMS IN AMERICAN MANUFACTURING

At the center of DeLauro's corruption is her involvement in the Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) program, a federally funded initiative run through the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) They are part of the Department of Commerce. On paper, MEP claims to support small manufacturers, but in reality, it operates as a massive taxpayer-funded money-laundering scheme, where only a fraction of its budget ever benefits actual manufacturers.

The MEP program, with 50 branches across the United States, receives both state and federal funding, but according to insider testimony received directly by Guberman, much of that money never benefits actual manufacturers One former MEP employee revealed:

"Relationships and co-funding of other nonprofit agencies was jokingly called money laundering. The money just keeps moving around, but it never actually helps the businesses it's supposed to."

FACT: According to Guberman's research, at least 65% of MEP funding is absorbed by management salaries and operational costs—leaving only scraps for the small manufacturers the program claims to support.

"This is government corruption at its finest," said Guberman. "Taxpayer dollars—both state and federal—are being siphoned into a system designed to enrich politicians and bureaucrats, while the manufacturers who actually create jobs and build our country get nothing."

At the heart of this scandal is the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and its accreditation arm, the American National Accreditation Board (ANAB)—both of which have deep ties to foreign entities, including China and Pakistan. These bodies set the very standards that govern U.S. industries, yet they are under the influence of international players who do not have America's best interests at heart.

Guberman has uncovered that:

• DHS, NIST, and other federal agencies sit on ANSI and ANAB not just as members, but as paying customers—creating blatant conflicts of interest.
• A NIST employee, who represents NIST at ANSI and ANAB, receives over $120,000 annually in addition to their federal salary—blatant evidence of regulatory capture.
• A DHS representative sitting on ANSI and ANAB receives $262,000 annually in addition to their federal salary—turning oversight into a pay-to-play system.

"This is corruption at its core," said Guberman. "The very agencies responsible for regulating our industries are being paid by the organizations they are supposed to oversee. And Rosa DeLauro—who has been in office for over three decades—has done NOTHING to stop it."
