JIM WINTER is the crime writing secret identity of editor and sci-fi author TS Hottle. As Jim, he is the perpetrator behind the Holland Bay series. When not writing about the evil that men and women do, he can be found lounging in his office listening to a growing vinyl collection and working as a software engineer. He currently lives with his wife in Cincinnati.
