Celebrating 10,000 Students: Jazz Empowers Announces Annual Gala for April

 
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Feb. 24, 2025 - PRLog -- Nashville, TN – Jazz Empowers, a national nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of youth in underserved schools through jazz education, is thrilled to announce their annual gala event celebrating its impact on 10,000 students nationwide. The celebration will take place on April 17, 2025, from 7 PM to 9 PM Central Time at Analog, the premier music venue located within the Hutton Hotel in Nashville.

The evening will feature a headline performance by the Jovan Quallo Quintet, paying tribute to jazz legend Hank Mobley. Members of the band include Jovan Quallo on tenor sax, Emmanuel Echem on trumpet, David Rodgers on piano, Rob Linton on bass, and Marcus Finnie on drums. Attendees will also enjoy inspiring performances and testimonials from Jazz Empowers students, as well as an exciting silent auction.

"We are excited to welcome the Nashville community for an incredible night of live jazz at one of the best venues in town," says Jazz Empowers Executive Director and Founder Andrew Johnston. "This event is the best opportunity of the year to see firsthand how our mission—to transform students' lives through jazz—comes to life."

There are a variety of affordable ticket options for the Gala which include:
  • $60 Early Bird General Admission (available until March 15): Includes event admission, live performances, and access to the silent auction. Seating is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • $75 General Admission: Standard event admission with live performances and silent auction access.
  • Reserved Seating Options: Front row couches and tables accommodating 2 to 8 guests are available, offering premium seating and an enhanced experience.
