Allegations of Election Fraud Filed Against Candidate Jimmy Patronis

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Jan. 7, 2025 - PRLog -- A formal election fraud complaint has been filed with the Florida Department of State against Jimmy patronis, a candidate for Florida's 6th Congressional District. The complaint accuses him of submitting fraudulent and improperly notarized document to secure his place on the ballot.

The complainant has called for Patronis's immediate disqualification from the race, citing violations of Florida's election laws and misconduct.
The complaint outlines alarming discrepancies in the Candidate's Oath form submitted by Patronis during the December 2024 qualifying period:

1.      Improper Use of Notary Stamp:

o    The notary's name was incorrectly signed on the form. Law explicitly forbids the misuse of a notary's seal by anyone other than the assigned notary. Only the first name was signed. Florida notary law is specific that the name signed must identically match the stamp, as the name on the stamp is the only registered name for verification.

o    Evidence suggests the stamp could have been improperly accessed and used by someone other than the authorized notary. When only a first name is signed, law enforcement typically cannot make arrests for forgery or identity theft.

The complaint asserts that these actions constitute a deliberate effort to circumvent Florida's election laws, granting Patronis an unfair advantage over his opponents. Florida Statutes § 99.061(7)(b) mandate that all candidate qualification documents must be properly executed and filed within the designated timeframe, and failure to comply results in disqualification.

Request for Action: The complainant urges the Florida Department of State to:
  • Conduct an immediate and thorough investigation into his filings.
  • Disqualify him from appearing on the 2025 ballot for the 1st Congressional District.
  • Reinforce the importance of compliance with Florida election laws to maintain public trust.

Quote from the Complainant: "Election integrity is the cornerstone of democracy. When candidates or their staff circumvent the law, it undermines the trust of voters and the legitimacy of the process. Patronis's actions demonstrate a blatant disregard for these principles, and he must be held accountable."

What's Next: The State is expected to review the complaint and investigate the allegations. If the claims are substantiated, Patronis could face disqualification from the election and potential legal consequences.
