New TR7A2 Series Data Loggers from TandD

CLEVELAND - Oct. 8, 2024 - PRLog -- CAS DataLoggers is pleased to announce the new TR7A2 Series of Temperature/Humidity Data Loggers from TandD. The TR7A2 series provides several enhancements to the very popular TR7A Series including:

Enterprise Mode Wireless LAN Compatibility

Supports WiFi connections based on WPA2 Enterprise and 802.1X Authentication (EAP-TLS, EAP-PEAP (MSCHAPv2) to meet the enhanced security requirements of corporate networks. It provides connectivity for large-scale network environments and situations requiring a high level of security, such as large corporations, universities, and government offices.

Bluetooth Communication Software Compatibility

"TR7 for Windows" software for use with PCs has been renewed to coincide with the release of this new product. It is now possible to set up and retrieve recorded data
directly from the PC via Bluetooth communication from laptop or desktop computers equipped with a Bluetooth interface.

The TR7A2 series includes 4 models:

• TR71A2 – Two temperature measurement channels with sensors
• TR72A2 – Temperature and humidity
• TR72A2-S – Extended range and high accuracy temperature and humidity
• TR75A2 – Two thermocouple sensor input channels

The TR7A2 series provides a variety of high-performance features that make them useful in a wide range of applications. They provide high-accuracy measurements, large data recording capacity, a data backup function in case of power loss, a vaccine mode for vaccine management, and power-saving settings for long-term use. Note that the previous models (TR71A/72A/72A-S/75A) will be discontinued as supplies are exhausted.
