Patrons visiting the Columbia Restaurant in historic St. Augustine can support Take Stock in Children-St. Johns County by selecting Take Stock in Children as the non-profit of choice on the ballot provided at check-out. When Take Stock in Children is selected, the hospitality company will donate five percent of the diner's check to the non-profit. "We are honored that INK!'s Take Stock in Children - St. Johns County program has again been chosen as one of the local non-profits to benefit from the Community Harvest program," said Cathy Newman, INK! Executive Director. Newman said the process to support your charity of choice is simple. Dine at one of the 1905 Family Of Restaurants during the month of September. Choose a charity from a ballot provided with your check. The restaurant calculates five percent and provides the charity with gift certificates that can be used at any of the restaurants. There is no additional cost to the guest. Over the last 26 years, the program has provided more than $4 million to non-profit organizations throughout Florida.
