Follow on Google News | build3 invests ₹1.5 crore in 5 impact startups from the 1st cohort of the build3 impact Acceleratorbuild3, the impact investment firm based out of Goa, led investments of INR 1.5 crore in 5 startups emerging out of the inaugural cohort of the build3 impact Accelerator. The investments were made in startups ranging from idea to pre-pmf stages.
By: build3 The firm led investments of INR 25 Lakhs in each of the startups, partnering with 14 other investors for some startups. Catalysing impact through the cohort model: build3 impact Accelerator is a 12-week long program created to help aspiring entrepreneurs turn their impact idea into a startup. 30 founders came together for the inaugural cohort, held at build3's beachside community villa in Goa. Over the course of the program, participants found co-founders, refined their ideas, upskilled in essential startup skills, and accessed funding via a pitching-based event called demo day. The firm aims to create impact for 100K entrepreneurs via its offerings of community, capability and capital. With its aim to continue creating impact, the firm also recently announced the opening of applications for cohort 2 of the build3 impact Accelerator.
