Marshall Barnes, R&D Eng To Donate Collectable Art Pieces Created in His Studios To Help Giving Pies

In a gesture to bolster the help that the small bakery, Giving Pies has gotten in the wake of Tesla stiffing them for thousands, Marshall Barnes is donating valuable art to the San Jose store to sell and hold as a hedge against future SNAFUs.

SAN JOSE, Calif. - Feb. 25, 2024 - PRLog -- In an effort to help San Jose small business bakery, Giving Pies, Marshall Barnes plans to donate as many as 16 different non digitech  non fungible tokens he's created using his exclusive invention, an infinite video art engine, the Programable Television Synthesizer™ or P.TVsynth™. Marshall joins other businesses assisting the bakery after Elon Musk's Tesla motor company ordered hundreds of pies twice and then canceled the order, leaving the store out thousands of dollars. Marshall, who is Elon Musk's number nemesis, saw it as an opportunity to help yet another victim of Elon's business practices. Although Elon wasn't directly involved, and says he'll fix it, Marshall says it reflects Elon's style of doing business.

"Elon Musk is evil and this potentially is part of the company's culture. An evil culture allowing African American employees to be called the N-word and forced to do all of the menial tasks whenever there were any to be done. Work situations Elon simply responded to, reportedly, by saying, 'some people just need to get a tougher skin', until he was successfully sued for maintaining a racist workplace despite company protests to the contrary."

What stands out are reports on how Tesla reportedly handled things, once they realized the problem.

Complications began when payment was redirected through Tesla's vendor, City Flavor, said Giving Pies owner, Rasetarinera, on Facebook. "Despite this, I remained optimistic".

Laura from Tesla, who placed the original order, contacted the bakery, apologizing for the mix-up, and doubled the order to 4,000 pies.

Soon after a new invoice for the updated order, Tesla's Laura texted the bakery to cancel the order. Tesla claimed Laura, lacked the authority to approve such payments, as reported by ABC affiliate KGO-TV (https://abc7news.com/sj-the-giving-pies-tesla-cancels-pie...). Tesla offered a factory tour as a form of recompense.

"That was the apex of arrogance." Marshall remarks disdainfully. " Tesla had the gall to jerk this woman around and then stiff her on payment but expect a free tour of their factory would make-up for it. Like it could reimburse her for the repeated stress and loss of revenue. It's despicable but couldn't be possible without some indication from management that such treatment was OK."

Marshall's donation of ND NFT art will be posted on a web site soon so people can see the works available and learn about them as investment vehicles.
