Ateba Whitaker, Founder of Unreasonable Kids, Appointed to Racial Justice and Equity Commission

LEXINGTON, Ky. - Feb. 19, 2024 - PRLog -- Ateba Whitaker, Founder of Unreasonable Kids, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to training the next generation of kid superheroes, has been appointed to the Racial Justice and Equity Commission by Mayor Linda Gorton. With a background in community advocacy and education, Whitaker's appointment within the commission underscores her lifelong commitment to advancing racial equality and justice through innovative leadership.

Initially established in Virginia, Unreasonable Kids has now expanded its presence to Lexington, Kentucky, coinciding with Whitaker's relocation to teach at the University of Kentucky Gatton College of Business and Economics.
