Squirrel Internet Connects New Communities with netElastic Virtual BNG

SANTA CLARA, Calif. - Jan. 16, 2024 - PRLog -- netElastic, an innovative software company providing high-performance routing solutions, today announced that Squirrel Internet, an Altnet provider in the United Kingdom, selected netElastic's virtual Broadband Network Gateway (vBNG) for its scalability and interoperability with Squirrel's wholesale networks.

Founded in 2020, Squirrel has used wholesale fiber networks to grow quickly by offering faster broadband speeds at lower prices. This growth required a full-featured BNG that could support Squirrel's diverse networks. After looking at solutions from large router manufacturers, Squirrel chose netElastic's software-based BNG.
