Hope and Healing Place Invites You to Compete in the 10th Annual Big Cheese Cook-Off

AMARILLO, Texas - Dec. 7, 2023 - PRLog -- Are you a Mac'n'cheese lover? The Hope and Healing Place is hosting their 10th annual Big Cheese Cook-Off, and we want YOU to bring your A-game! Whether you're a restaurant owner, a food truck, a high school, a college, a BBQ team, a bakery, or a cheese-loving culinary club, we want to see what you've got.

Prepare to dish out your most scrumptious and cheesy creations to 2,000 Mac'n'cheese fanatics. This cook-off isn't just a chance to flaunt your culinary skills, it's also an opportunity to support a worthy cause. We need you!

We are looking for:

• Cook-Off Teams to Compete
• Event Sponsors
• Volunteers
• Donation Items for our "Who Moved the Cheese"
• Baked items for our NEW activity "The Bake Walk"

• WHEN: Thursday, January 18th, 2024 - 6-8pm
• LOCATION: Rex Baxter Building at the Tri-State Fairgrounds
• TICKETS: $25 for ages 13 and older, Kids 13 and younger get in free with a ticket holder

You can also donate to our mission, by purchasing "Never Cook Again" raffle tickets. This raffle will include over $1,000 in gift cards from local restaurants. The raffle tickets will go on sale December 18th through the day of the event, the drawing of the winner will be at the event. No need to be present.
