Tony Schulte Joins IntellaTriage as New Chief Operating Officer
IntellaTriage, the nation's leading nurse-based triage solution, has hired Tony Schulte to lead their growing operations team.
Schulte joins IntellaTriage from his most recent role as Vice President of Care Center Operations at VRI, a remote patient monitoring provider based in Ohio, where he led a call center and customer support operation for over 250 employees. In addition to his exceptional track record of best-in-class service, Tony led VRI through a successful exit and integration into ModivCare, a large Georgia-based social services and healthcare corporation. In Schulte's new position, he will play a critical role in overseeing IntellaTriage's day-to-day operations to ensure overall success by delivering the best patient and nurse experience twenty-four hours per day. The ongoing goal of Schulte's team is to improve after-hours patient experience, increase field nurse satisfaction and retention, and help clients grow and scale while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
"Joining IntellaTriage at this stage in its growth is an incredible opportunity to use the expertise I've gained through my experience managing large clinical call centers to support this amazing team as they achieve their mission to improve patients' and nurses' lives," says Schulte. "The company has already come so far in such a short time. I'm excited to be able to jump in and make a great operation even better."
Daniel Reese, CEO of IntellaTriage, stated, "Adding Tony to the team as COO is the next logical step in the IntellaTriage journey. Tony brings the perfect experience to improve the overall support of our nurses while we continue to grow our client base and provide exceptional care. We have experienced substantial growth over the past four years, which only reaffirms that our service is much needed in the post-acute industry. Our goal is to improve the lives of nurses in the field and patients at home, and we are continually updating and perfecting our processes to ensure our nurses can provide the best possible triage care for those who rely on us. I am excited to have Tony on the team to drive us forward."
