El Tiempo Cantina trades hands - Colliers & Blue Ox broker sale of iconic Houston restaurant

HOUSTON - Aug. 9, 2023 - PRLog -- Colliers is pleased to announce the successful transaction of the El Tiempo Cantina at 3130 Richmond Avenue in the Upper Kirby/Greenway Plaza area in Houston, Texas. The seller was represented by Josh Jacobs of Blue Ox. Todd Moore, Walker Ryan and Connor Duffy of Colliers represented the buyer.
