The Kensington Hotel Starts Renovations and Runs U of M Move-In Promotion

ANN ARBOR, Mich. - May 9, 2023 - PRLog -- Spring is in Ann Arbor!

This spring, you'll find The Kensington Hotel completing renovations and assisting university students and parents.

Spring Renovations

Throughout spring, you'll see some enhancement projects in motion! These include:

• A brand-new roof over guest rooms and event spaces.
• Modern bathroom and room upgrades. Room upgrades include bathroom tub resurfacing, popcorn ceiling removal, new towel bars and mirrors.
• Installation of colorful plants at the hotel entrance.
• Two phase spring landscaping project. Phase 1 will remove and replace concrete slabs under our porte-cochere, pool patio, and walkway. Phase 2 incorporates a brand-new landscape to our West Street Entrance with an array of hydrangeas, concolor fir and boxwood hedge.

Fall semester move-in for University of Michigan students is August 23-27^th. Make your student's move in experience seamless by staying at The Kensington!
