Philadelphia, PA - The Black Conservative Federation (BCF) is proud to announce the launch of its new chapter office in Pennsylvania, led by Sheila E. Armstrong as Chapter President. The BCF is a grassroots organization committed to promoting conservative principles and values within the African American community. The launch of the new chapter office in Pennsylvania is an important step forward in the BCF's mission to advance conservative principles and values across the country. The Black Conservative Federation of Pennsylvania will provide the resources necessary for expanding and sustaining the conservative principles that work to strengthen and uplift our communities in Pennsylvania. Together, we will develop solutions for the most pressing issues facing both the black community and our country. Sheila Armstrong brings extensive experience to her new role as Chapter President, Ward Leader, Armstrong, a former legislative assistant and having been an active member of the BCF for several years. She is a passionate Mother and Business woman and an advocate for child education and parents' rights, about promoting conservative values and principles within the African American community and is committed to advancing the BCF's goals in Pennsylvania. "As the Chapter President of the Black Conservative Federation of Pennsylvania, I am honored to lead this organization in our efforts to promote conservative values and principles," The BCF is dedicated to advancing conservative values such as limited government, individual liberty, and personal responsibility.
