Dagostino said he is excited to join Bisnar Chase, a firm, which has a strong reputation not just for its outstanding results, but also for doing the work that makes an impact on people's lives as well as policies and laws that affect everyone. The firm's mission lines up perfectly with his own passion to help people during challenging times, he said.
"I really enjoy being able to help people who are going through extremely difficult times," Dagostino said. "Helping victims receive compensation for their injuries so they can pay for medical care or anything they need to make their life a little easier, is very rewarding. It feels really good to be able to make a positive impact on people's lives."
Dagostino's experience and stellar track record fighting for individuals and families that have endured severe trauma and hardship are commendable and extremely valuable to Bisnar Chase's litigation team, said Senior Partner Brian Chase.
"He is clearly a skilled litigator with a passion for pursuing justice for victims of negligence,"
Chase pointed to Dagostino's invaluable experience handling high-stakes cases. Dagostino was part of the trial team that secured a $417-million jury verdict against Johnson & Johnson for a woman who was diagnosed with terminal ovarian cancer after using the company's talcum powder products. He was also a member of a litigation team that reached a $16-million settlement for a young girl who was hit by a car in a crosswalk while she was walking to school.
Born and raised in Orange County, Dagostino received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, graduating cum laude and earning a Merit Scholarship to study law at the University of Southern California's (USC) Gould School of Law. While earning his law degree at USC, Paul gained experience serving as a law clerk with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Central District of California, Criminal Division. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2014.
Paul is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC). He is also on The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 list, identifying the best up-and-coming attorneys, as well as being selected to the SuperLawyers Southern California Rising Stars for each of the past three years.
Dagostino said he finds this line of work "extremely rewarding."
"I'm able to help people who are seriously injured and need help," he said. "I work to hold large corporations accountable when their products hurt someone and help ensure that in the future, these products will be designed in a manner that is safer for everyone."
