Kimco signs leases with Kura Sushi and Wild Fork at the future Shops at Baybrook

HOUSTON - Nov. 29, 2022 - PRLog -- Colliers is pleased to announce both Kura Sushi and Wild Fork have signed leases with the future Shops at Baybrook at I-45 and Bay Area Boulevard in Webster, Texas. Hannah Tosch, Wade Greene, Cody Persyn and Kimberly Lenardson of Colliers represented the lessor, Kimco, in the transaction.

Established in 2008, Kura Sushi is a technology-enabled Japanese restaurant concept with 25 locations in five states. The company offers guests a distinctive dining experience built on authentic Japanese cuisine and an engaging revolving sushi service model. Kura Sushi's food is prepared using high-quality and fresh ingredients that are free of artificial flavors or colorings.

Wild Fork is a specialty food retailer that offers high-quality beef, pork, chicken, lamb, seafood, and various specialty meats. The company believes consistency and high-quality standards bring the consumer the best eating experience. The parent company, JBS S.A., is one of the largest publicly traded food distributors in the world and has stores worldwide with the majority in Mexico and Brazil. Their success carried them to the United States in 2020 where they plan to open 200 stores by the end of 2023.
