Dr. Ramesh Jolly has been a serial entrepreneur for over 35 years. With his extensive experience in taking initiatives and converting them into opportunities in the global markets.

Recently, Dr. Jolly has been focusing on real estate development and hospitality through his venture Finial Capital and exploring projects in innovative food products and cosmetics.

Prior to Finial Capital, Dr. Jolly served as the Chairman of Pari Beauty and President and CEO of Faces Group of companies. Both companies involved cosmetics and skincare product manufacturing and retail operations of company-owned and franchisee-owned locations that operated in five different countries. Under Dr. Jolly's leadership, Faces Cosmetics went public on London's AIM Stock Exchange.

As President and CEO of Alexandria Personal Care Products, his brand gained distribution on major television shopping channels in the U.S. and Canada and was distributed throughout Canada in drug and mass merchants.

Dr. Jolly earned his Ph.D. from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, and his B.Sc. in Dairy Technology from NDRI, India, with Gold Medal standing. He shares a U.S. Patent with Dr. F. V. Kosikowski, specializing in enzyme modification of foods and cheese. His research work at General Foods and Pfizer Pharmaceutical Research specialized in modified plant proteins, fermentation-derived proteins, enzyme modification of proteins. Dr. Jolly has another patent on Enzyme-modified proteins from Pfizer. Dr. Jolly had his own two cheese manufacturing operations growing the business tenfold and selling to majority Dairy players in Ontario, Canada.
