"We are so honored to receive this recognition from the Modular Home Builders Association, whose tireless efforts to educate the public and promote the benefits of modular construction deserve acknowledgment and appreciation. I would also like to thank our valued employees and the 2022 Manufacturer of the Year, Apex Homes, for their hard work and dedication in making this achievement possible," said Richard Wildermuth, President of Connecticut Valley Homes.
Since 1981, Connecticut Valley Homes has built 1,700+ homes along the coast and throughout the towns of Connecticut, Rhode Island, Fishers Island, and Block Island. Their award-winning homes feature brand names like Kohler and CAMBRIA solid surface countertops and are robust, durable, and beautiful. In addition, they exclusively use off-site, modular construction, which offers clients an opportunity to efficiently build a custom home with ease, in less time, and of superior quality.
"As a modular home builder, around 90% of the work is done in the factory, which provides more control over the time and quality, allowing us to work year-round despite inclement weather. In addition, we use the extensive experience garnered from building over 1,700 homes to ensure the home-building process is simple, organized, and rewarding," said Richard Wildermuth, President of Connecticut Valley Homes
