Colliers named the #1 best place to work in Houston

HOUSTON - Oct. 28, 2022 - PRLog -- Colliers is pleased to announce being named the 2022 #1 Best Place to Work in Houston in the large company category. The annual Best Places to Work awards ceremony was held by the Houston Business Journal on Friday, October 28, at the Marriott Marquis Houston to recognize companies in the area with the most satisfied employees.

The Best Places to Work program measures a wide range of research-validated workplace factors that impact employee engagement and satisfaction. Employees of nominated companies were surveyed by Nebraska-based Quantum Workplace. Surveys were given confidentially and allowed employees to honestly assess their workplace. Quantum tallied the scores based on those responses. Survey questions included evaluations in areas such as goals and leadership, communication and support, advancement opportunity, skill development, recognition and compensation, tolerance and flexibility, and embracing innovations as well as ideas. Each company could receive a score up to 100. This year Colliers scored 93.45, an increase from 91.62 that secured the fourth best place to work in 2021.
