Michael Crean discusses What Organizational Maturity Means Today at Comptia's Channelcon2022

CHICAGO - Sept. 1, 2022 - PRLog -- This year's ChannelCon in Chicago was an event to remember – with literally something for everyone. MSPs, MSSPs and IT professionals came together to network, hear from industry leaders, find out about new Tech, and workforce strategies.

Micheal Crean, CEO of Solutions Granted, Inc., was invited by Comptia to speak on Organizational Maturity in the security space. His success as one of the top MSSPs in the world afforded the attendees a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Mr. Crean stated, "you have to be ok with loss (as he struggled when losing his first ever customer)" as he discussed the journey towards maturity. He went on to clarify about how this journey can be difficult for a growing business and elaborated on challenges of having the hard conversations and sometimes having to be able to draw a line in the sand and again, be ok with loss.  The packed room listened intently as he elaborated on these pain points.

He continued saying, "make sure you are learning every day and don't be afraid to fail but don't do it again".  He talked through the journey and struggles while at the same time leading with purpose. He acknowledged the work and required effort necessary along the hard road to success and the fact that, "there is no magic bullet".   Mr. Crean also elaborated on ways to communicate and inspire confidence with your clients. He put forth his passion for doing the right thing and instilled confidence in the way he approaches difficult topics - which you could feel in the room, some had individual struggles. He also, discussed his belief in building solutions requires being confident in that solutions and by partnering with a provider might be what the clients truly need.

After listening to Mr. Crean's talking points there appeared to be consensus among many attendees – seeing the need to partner with an organization such as Solutions Granted for their CyberSecurity offerings.
