Kambrian Corporation Awarded Multi-Year Sole-Source Opportunity for US Census

WEST COVINA, Calif. - Aug. 24, 2022 - PRLog -- Kambrian Corporation is delighted to announce that we were awarded in June of 2022, a four-year multi-million-dollar contract to provide a targeted message platform, provided by Granicus, to the US Census Bureau. This opportunity was made possible in part due to Kambrian's relationships and our investment in Contract Vehicles.

Kambrian was referred to the solution platform manufacturer, Granicus, by our partners at Carahsoft. This is due to Kambrian's history as a qualified respondent willing and able to submit detailed & responsive proposals. The Census Bureau was previously using a communication system to send millions of messages per year to expand awareness of the Survey and boost the respondent pool. Due to the success of the campaign, The US Census was interested in the renewal and maintenance of their current system while seeking additional outreach software. Granicus, a leader in the digital space for civic engagement, was the natural choice to satisfy the Census Bureau's needs. Granicus integrated communications solution makes it possible for Government agencies to easily connect with and engage the citizenry via email, text, and social media. Granicus' expansive network of subscribers allows for agencies to call to action those already interested in those agencies' services as well as spearhead new audience gains to those already primed for civic engagement.

Kambrian's 10-year history in the Federal Space as a Value-Added Reseller allowed us the ability to comprehensively understand the requests from the Census Bureau. It was our relatively recent award of the 8a STARS III contract that allowed us the ability to quickly present the solutions offered by Granicus and procured by Carahsoft in the form of a Sole-Source Contract. In early 2021, Kambrian was awarded an 8a STARS III Contract under Contract # 47QTCB21D0105. This contract is an eight-year contract by the GSA to allow awarded & certified 8a Small Businesses to provide IT services to all federal agencies that choose to use 8a STARS as a contract vehicle. By doing 8a Sole Source, Kambrian was able to expedite the procurement process since Kambrian Corporation has experience from past performance in other 8a sole sources contracts with other federal agencies. As Government agencies, like the US Census Bureau, yearn to find reliable, qualified, and responsive IT resellers to fulfill their immense need for mass technological renovation while supporting American Entrepreneurship, Kambrian finds itself in a fortunate position to simplify the procurement process as we always set out do with every customer.
