Trainer/Instructor View takes virtual training to a new level

The typical trainer's tour of the classroom that is common in classroom training is not possible virtually. He can zoom in on individual desktops, switch to a participant's desktop with a single click if necessary and provide support. This desktop can also be shared with other participants and the problem and solution explained to all.

These virtual training desktops are primarily used to hold exercise-intensive software training sessions independent of location and end device. The software to be trained is pre-installed on the virtual training computers. The participants only need an HTML browser to work with the software to be trained.
