If you wear contact lenses, it's important to keep them clean and debris-free. Here are some tips on how to clean your lenses:
- Rinse your lenses with sterile saline or lens cleaning solutions before putting them in your eyes. These solutions will help remove any dirt or bacteria on the lenses.
