4th edition of Pachmarhi Monsoon Marathon from 7th August

BHOPAL, India - June 27, 2022 - PRLog -- After the super success of the previous three editions, KA CONNECT, under its brand adventures and you, in association with Madhya Pradesh tourism board (MPTB) is organising the fourth edition of the Pachmarhi monsoon marathon to be held at Pachmarhi, mp on Sunday, 7th August 2022. Pachmarhi monsoon marathon is rated as one of the most picturesque and beautiful marathons in India. One of the most beautiful hill stations in India, Pachmarhi attracts a lot of tourists. During monsoons, Pachmarhi is like heaven on earth. With the clouds kissing your feet, running a marathon in Pachmarhi during monsoons is pure bliss. This year the organisers have introduced 42kms the full marathon race which will be the most enduring and difficult full marathon of India with an uphill run and an elevation gain of approx. 1000 meters. The full marathon will be the ultimate test of endurance, stamina, and training.

The event will be held in the following four categories:

5kms family fun run (5 years and above)

10kms endurance run (15 years and above)

21kms Pachmarhi half marathon (18 years and above)

42kms Pachmarhi hill full marathon (18 years and above)

Trophies and surprise prizes (there are no cash prizes) will be given to the top three positions in.

All runs are timed runs. All participants will get a timing chip, timing certificate, dri-fit marathon t-shirt, finishers medal, post race refreshments, and complete route support.

Top three finishers in men and women in all age categories will be given trophies and certificates to all winners of 10km,21km, and 42km from Madhya Pradesh tourism board.

Registrations will be accepted for the first 1000 participants only.
