POSITION – IT Recruiters

Role: Strong team player with positive mind-set to drive results from the team of recruiters to execute end to end recruitment process.

Job Description:

• Handle full life cycle of contract / fulltime IT recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of candidates.
• Hiring using social media, Networking is highly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches, like Naukri, Monster.
• Sourcing profiles based on job specifications and skill sets as per clients requirements.

Experience Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge on IT tech-stacks.
• Knowledge on Job portals
• Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment

Great to have:

• Exceptional and proven written communication and organization skills
• Flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Excellent time management
