Among its deliverables, the project foresees the creation of an application to facilitate the achievement of the Blue Card for the migrant thanks to an appropriate use of the specific legislative contents of the country of reference and through a blockchain certification of both the skills presented and declared by the migrant and the job offers inserted by interested companies. Therefore, the blockchain becomes a cornerstone of guarantees for the institution, for the migrant and also for the employer. Maria Santarcangelo, Project Manager of Studio Risorse S.r.l., Lead partner of the Project, says satisfied "The post pandemic allowed us to come back to meet face to face with our Project Partners. In fact, the human synergy and the sharing of experiences is a key objective of the Cooperation Projects of the EU Erasmus+ Programme, where our training body plays a role of coordinator and know-how transfer in terms of methods and skills. Specifically, we will be involved in the development of a training programme for employers to develop intercultural and socio-emotional skills, which are essential for the integration of migrants into our societies, and inclusive workshops to enhance the key and professional skills required by the EU BLUE CARD, which facilitates regular entry and integration into the world of work. This is a complex issue that requires increasing attention and dedication, on which the Partners are confident to provide a valuable contribution to the improvement of Inclusion Management".
