DonnaInk Publications, L.L.C. Terminates Author Nicholas "Nick" Payne

WASHINGTON - March 17, 2022 - PRLog -- .Ms. Donna L. Quesinberry, Founder and President of DonnaInk Publications, L.L.C. reported that Author Nicholas (Nick) Bernard Payne's representation by DonnaInk Publications through their Beat Deep Books Imprint has been released (terminated) for Breach of Contract.

Mr. Payne has conducted activities that are severable from their contract terms and conditions to include defrauding people and making assertions found to not be true; this includes, post-termination identifying to individuals a continued association as an author in attempt to secure monies based on same.

Due to having forged a signature on a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and asking key principals of multiple associated organizations to DonnaInk for money and/or loans in an unscrupulous manner - DonnaInk Publications, L.L.C. has pulled Mr. Payne's, "Mississippi 2 Hollywood" from sale and released the author from representation. Mr. Payne was also claiming to be married and/or involved with Khloe Kardasian posting many assertions to their love interest and identifying they had married resulting in the publishing house's desire to remove all ties from same due to the improprieties wherein close organizational leaders to DonnaInk Publications are friends with senior level associates to the Kardashian platform who state no one has ever heard of Mr. Payne.

DonnaInk Publications, L.L.C. does not sanction fraudulent behavior and/or misinformation to the reading public by any/all authors and felt it necessary to terminate Mr. Payne's publishing agreement. Ms. Quesinberry extends a heartfelt apology to readers and furthers, "There was good reason to believe Mr. Payne was a credible entity and his title was well-researched prior to publication and made none of the fabricated stories as assertions therein but believe removing the title from publication aids in saving people from being duped."
