As CTO,  she will oversee all technical activities in Pure Hair Gaze, and will be responsible for setting the performance target of the IT Department, defining the technical capabilities and competencies needed and identify future technologies and disruptors. She will ultimately arbitrate on major performance trade-offs and risks, and set the long term development strategy to maximize performance within the constraints of the IT budget

The technology veteran's career spans over 30 years and has seen her in leadership positions at Best Buy, Cardinal Health, Nike, General Electric and Apple. Addison  joined the company in 2017 as director of information technology and was promoted to senior vice president of information technology in 2019. She had previously worked for 15 years in the design and development of technology solutions in the insurance, aviation, healthcare, hospitality, defense, energy, and banking industries.
