Christian TV Trailblazer Passes

DALLAS - Nov. 30, 2021 - PRLog -- Marcus D. Lamb, President and Founder of Daystar Television Network, passed away today at 4 AM.

Launched on January 1, 1998, the Daystar Television Network under his visionary leadership has grown to more than 100 television stations across America and nearly every major cable and satellite provider across the globe reaching almost every country on earth, making it one of the most prominent Christian television networks in the world.

For over two decades, Marcus led Daystar to new heights, expanding its reach to new platforms, and in 2006, the network was granted a license to become the first and only Christian television network to broadcast throughout the Nation of Israel on the country's cable and direct-to-home satellite systems.

He is survived by his loving wife, Joni, his children and their spouses, Jonathan and Suzanna Lamb, Joshua and Rachel Brown, Jonathan and Rebecca Weiss, and his 4 grandchildren, as well as the countless Daystar friends and family around the world.
