Book One: Prince Charming

Tampa, FL, November 8, 2021 – Olivia Harris releases the first book in her new young adult series, Chronicles of a Christ Chix: Book One – Prince Charming. Christina, the main character in the novel, is a ninth grader at Eustis High School, in Eustis, FL. Christina is the African American daughter of a pastor and an assistant principal. To those looking on the outside looking in, Christina has it all but, it is all a facade. Christina takes on new challenges: ninth grade, pregnancy, drugs, abuse, suicide attempts, and a boyfriend. What is a girl to do?

Christ Chix was birthed in December 2015. A Christ Chix is the modern-day Christian female that lives by biblical principles and not biblical traditions. A Christ Chix come in all sizes, shapes, and colors. A Christ Chix is a female who loves God but is still attractive and does not mind accent her assets. "I can be cute and still love God. I am not going to hell for wearing a spaghetti strap top. Yes, I have a tattoo and a nose ring, but I do not believe that I should be judged because Romans 3:23 KJV states for all have sinned and fall short to the glory of God. I can wear hair extensions and false eye lashes and still love God. I can be comfortable with being who I am because how I look does not define who I am. God defines who I am, and He says that I am fearfully and wonderfully made. He says that I was made in His own image. He says that I am worth more than rubies. God says that I'm a Christ Chix!"

Olivia Harris is an international author, teacher, actress, an inspirational speaker. She teaches eleventh grade reading, has a bachelor's degree in English and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of South Florida. She has written two women devotional books) I'm A Christ Chix and A Christ Chix and Her King, an inspirational journal, and I'm Living My Best Life (a manual on how to make money online).
