SECUDE's HALOCORE takes Data Security to the next level with added new features

LUZERN, Switzerland - Sept. 21, 2021 - PRLog -- SECUDE, an SAP partner and leading data security provider specializing in security for SAP® software, today announced that its flagship product HALOCORE® has been upgraded to the next version 6.1 with added new features. As customers look forward to streamlining their data security during this global crisis, these new features provide robust security, resilience, and privacy controls.

A deepened integration with Microsoft Azure Active Directory aims to simplify the administration process while at the same time preserving the highest level of application security. It is also now possible to add the HALOCORE services to the customer's Azure tenant directly from the Azure marketplace. The efficient protection of assembly files which are mainly used in CAD environments increases security without slowing down performance and provides the best-in-class user experience.

The need for tamper-resistance application and audit log files cannot be overemphasized. Logfile Manipulation is a critical problem that many organizations face today. The internal administrator holds the key to the organization's most critical data and can become a perpetrator of wiping out log files details.

In the new HALOCORE 6.1 the HALOCHAIN patented technology makes it possible to view every single log and any change in the settings is tightly secured.

Additionally, HALOCORE 6.1 has also rolled out new features for SAP user. The new version protects an organization's most important financial data based on the specified period which helps to keep the information confidential till the release date. The user experience has been improved as well. When opening files in the Business Workplace (SBWP) or messages in the Correspondence Monitor (FTR_COMONI) using MIP generic protection (PFILE or PTXT the AIP viewer will open the protected file automatically.

The most common file transfer problems of scalability, adaptability, and security have been addressed in this version. Now it is also possible to upload MIP-protected files to SAP with a specific set of automation rules that secures asynchronous file-based data transfers between enterprise applications.
