The 8 winners of the 'Sacred Music 2021' International Competition

LOS ANGELES - Sept. 20, 2021 - PRLog -- Last Saturday, in the SS. Apostoli Basilica, in Rome, the final was held, in the form of a Gala Concert of the International Competition "Sacred Music 2021", during which 23 opera singers performed, among which the Jury chose the eight winners: for the Sopranos category, the Francesca Mannino and Danai Eleni from Messina, for the mezzo-sopranos Aurora Faggioli and Ester Ferraro, for the tenors Dongyoul Park and Raffaele Feo, for the bass Giordano Farina and for the bass-baritone the French Alexandre Baldo.

The guest of honor was the Vice Governor of the Moravian Silesian Region of the Czech Republic Lukáš Curylo, who arrived specifically in Rome to support the European project "Let's Sing Oratorio Music" of which the competition is the official international selection. The awards were presented by the Ambassadors to the Holy See HE Vaclav Kolaja Ambassador of the Czech Republic, HE Jakob Štunf Ambassador of Slovenia, Caroline Weijers Ambassador of the Netherlands, the Ambassador of Russia Alexander Avdeev, the Deputy Ambassador of Slovakia Mrs. Petra Frankova, the First Counselor of the Armenian Embassy in Italy Ms. Kristina Mehrabekyan representing the Competition Honor Committee.
